New Features (Beta Service)

• This is a trial space for testing new features before their official release.
• When a new feature is added, a blinking notification will appear.

Feature

Setting > Program Setting

• Email Auto-Send Feature
  • Automatically sends results to the user's registered email upon measurement. 
    Turn off this feature if you want to send only specific results.
• Photo Blurring Feature
  • Automatically blurs faces in the results screen and reports.
• Sensitivity in Scoliosis Measurement
  • Enhances sensitivity only for severe scoliosis cases. It is recommended to keep this feature off for general assessments.

Setting > API Setting

The API feature allows integration with external programs to access Moti Physio user data.

Currently, it provides only user IDs and body data, excluding personal information.

CSV File Download

Report > Export to CSV

Download all user result data as a CSV file.

Program ID Check

• Viewable at the bottom right of the Home screen. This is a required identifier for customer support.

Bookmarking the User Guide & FAQ

• Use your browser's built-in auto-translate feature to view the guide in your preferred language.

Viewing Past Records

• Access past measurement data anytime and compare previous results.

Change Solution Videos

• You can change the solution videos by modifying the video URL.

Measurement Environment Setup

• Ensure proper lighting, camera setup, and enough space for accurate measurements.
• Avoid strong lighting, mirrors, or windows nearby, as they may interfere with the camera.

Username Input

• Special characters are allowed except for the vertical bar (|) (Shift + ), as it may cause errors.
