CSV Export

  • Available as a Beta feature; activation required.
    • Home > New Features > Activate
  • Once activated, a “CSV Export” button appears at the top-right of Home > Result.
  • Export all customer data at once, managing them conveniently in a single sheet.

Program ID

  • The Program ID is a unique identifier for technical support requests.
  • Find it at the bottom-right of the Home screen.
  • Tip: Scan the QR code to directly connect with our WhatsApp CS team. Once the chat opens, 
    provide your Program ID for faster troubleshooting and smooth communication on any future inquiries.

Bookmarking the User Guide & FAQ

  • Bookmark the Moti Physio 2 User Guide and FAQ webpages or add them to your home screen for quick access.
  • User Guide: TBU in Feb 2025
  • Use your browser’s built-in auto-translate feature to view the guide in your preferred language.

Viewing Past Records

  • You can check a user’s past measurement reports at any time.
  • Also, you can compare a user's previous measurement reports side by side.

Changing Solution Videos

  • You can replace the default solution videos with others suited to the user.

Measurement Environment

  • Ensure a proper measurement environment for best results. Good lighting, correct camera setup, 
    and adequate space are essential.

Member Name Input

  • Special characters are allowed except for the vertical bar (|).
  • The vertical bar (|) is typed by pressing Shift + \. Using “|” may cause errors, so please avoid it.
