Internet Required

Moti Physio runs only online. 

Disable Security Software

Other than Windows Defender, security programs may interfere.

Check Power Settings

Disable power-saving mode and keep your laptop plugged in.

Avoid Cloud Storage Programs (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.)

These programs may automatically relocate files, causing issues.

Set Display to 1920x1080

Using a different resolution may crop the report.

📌 How to Set Display Resolution

• Right-click on the desktop → Select "Display settings."
• Set Scaling to 100%.
• Change the Display Resolution to 1920 x 1080.

Running Moti Physio

Run as Administrator

• Right-click the Moti Physio icon → Select "Run as Administrator".
• ❌ Do not pin to the taskbar – This may cause permission errors.
