You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Follow these steps:

Our product is covered under a limited one-year warranty. During this period, in the event of a malfunction, we will replace the entire product at no additional cost for the customer.

After the one-year warranty period, we will continue to provide free software updates for the product that customers have purchased. However, additional fees may apply for new features that were not previously available.
C. Repair and Shipping Costs
If the malfunction is attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for repair and shipping costs. However, if the cause is attributable to us, we will replace the product entirely at no additional cost.
D. Exceptions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modification of the product. The warranty is also void if the product has been tampered with or repaired by an unauthorized service provider.
