Yes for a product with defect by our problem.  

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Follow these steps:

 

A. Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a refund.

B. Provide a valid reason for the refund request, along with any relevant documentation or evidence.

C. Return the product in its original packaging, along with all included accessories and materials, in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs first and will be refunded after confirmation of defect.

D. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


However, if the reason for the refund is not valid, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Exceptions to the refund policy may apply for certain products or services, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our refund policy.

A. Limited Warranty Period

Our product is covered under a limited one-year warranty. During this period, in the event of a malfunction, we will replace the entire product at no additional cost for the customer.


B. Software Updates

After the one-year warranty period, we will continue to provide free software updates for the product that customers have purchased. However, additional fees may apply for new features that were not previously available.


C. Repair and Shipping Costs

If the malfunction is attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for repair and shipping costs. However, if the cause is attributable to us, we will replace the product entirely at no additional cost.


D. Exceptions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modification of the product. The warranty is also void if the product has been tampered with or repaired by an unauthorized service provider.


Please retain your proof of purchase to validate the warranty period and ensure prompt service when needed.

A. Upon receiving the full payment for the product and shipping, we will begin the door-to-door delivery process. Please provide us with the delivery address and a contact number when purchasing.
