1. If the camera display works fine (visible on the left) but the camera cannot detect the body, please try the following steps:
- Move forward, backward, and side to side on the mat.
- Unplug the camera USB cable, reconnect it, close the Moti Physio program, and run it again (as admin).
2. If the camera display is not working (appears white like in the image) and the camera cannot detect the body, please follow these steps:
- Go to Menu > Camera > Lasor Setting > "Position" tab
- Stand on the mat
- Click "Position Save"
