This may be due to the camera not fully capturing the body for the following reasons:

  • Environment: Obstacles in the shooting area can interfere with the scan, preventing the camera from measuring the body accurately. Ensure there is at least 50 cm (20"") of clearance around the mat and try again.
  • Camera Settings: Adjust the body outline using the steps below and retake the scan:

- Go to Menu > Settings > Camera > Press [F12] key > Depth Camera Setting

- Adjust the body outline: While standing on the mat, click the [Capture] button and align the subject's outline with the green area on the screen.

* Calibration adjustments do not apply to previous data.

If the issue persists, please contact customer support.

Marker stickers are used to mark body points. After wearing the waist belt on the ASIS, attach the marker stickers to the navel and ASIS.

When wearing clothes that do not reveal the body outline, marker stickers are necessary for accurate measurements. However, if wearing clothes that reveal the body outline, Moti Physio can take measurements without them.

If you choose not to use marker stickers, please enable the "Pelvic marker removal" function in the settings: Menu > Settings > Static analysis setting > Pelvic marker removal
