Moti Physio includes a one-year limited warranty. If a malfunction occurs during this period, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.


2. Software Updates

We provide free software updates even after the one-year warranty period. However, some premium features may incur additional costs.


3. Repair and Delivery Costs

If a malfunction is due to customer error, you will be responsible for repair and shipping costs. If the issue is attributable to us, we will replace the product at no additional cost.


4. Exceptions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or repaired by an unauthorized service provider.
