Network Connection Failure

If the current network environment blocks access to the Moti Physio server, program functions may be restricted. 

The 1-Minute Quick Fix 

Follow these steps to enable the program immediately: 

  • Turn on Mobile Hotspot: Enable the hotspot feature on your smartphone. 

  • Connect your PC: Disconnect from the current network and connect your PC to the mobile hotspot. 
  • Restart Moti Physio: Open Moti Physio again to check the connection. 

💡 Why did this happen? 

The security settings of your current network may be blocking the Moti Physio server. By temporarily using unrestricted mobile data (hotspot), you can resolve server connection issues instantly as an emergency measure.

If the program works via hotspot, the issue lies within your current network settings. This requires assistance from your organization’s IT department or Internet Service Provider (ISP).
