Camera Setup
Before adjusting the camera
Make sure the mat is laid flat on a level surface, without any wrinkles. If you don’t have a level tool, you can use an app instead.
Click the Mat Scan icon () and align the white dashed line between the blue guide lines. If the mat is misaligned on the screen, gently rotate the camera unit left or right.

Camera Angle (Tilt) :
Ideal range
Front/back: -2.5° to 0°
Left/right: -1° to 1°
If misaligned, please check the installation again. If the issue persists, submit a support request.
Mat Scan Option (ON/OFF) :
ON: Auto-calibrates the camera angle before measuring.
OFF: Skips auto-calibration for faster scanning but may lower accuracy if misaligned. (Auto-calibration runs on the first scan.)
