Choosing the Right Analysis

Depending on user needs or therapy goals, select one among analyses.
Measurement is straightforward—just follow the on-screen steps.

Posture Analysis

  • Purpose: Show posture imbalances and emphasize the need for correction.
  • Suggested for: Office workers, students, basic pre-/post-workout evaluation, back/neck pain (e.g. forward head posture).
  • Method: Measure four poses (front, side, back, forward-bending).

Core Function Analysis (Overhead Squat)

  • Purpose: Assess core (abdominal and lower back) stability and highlight the need for strengthening.
  • Suggested for: Rehabilitation exercises, Pilates/Yoga effectiveness check, high-intensity workout prep, 
    professional athletes, lower back pain, abdominal obesity.
  • Method: Perform 5 overhead squats for measurement.

Balance Ability Analysis (Single Leg Stance)

  • Purpose: Evaluate overall balance, help prevent falls, and improve exercise efficiency.
  • Suggested for: Older adults, rehab patients, athletes, posture correction programs.
  • Method: Measure 10 seconds of one-leg standing.
