Data processing that occurs within the Moti Physio Med software (including body measurement data, usage data, and cookies) is governed by separate in-app terms and conditions.

5. International Data Transfers
Your email address is stored and processed in the Republic of Korea.

The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for the Republic of Korea (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/254), confirming that Korea provides an adequate level of data protection. Your data is therefore transferred under the same conditions as intra-EU transfers, without the need for additional safeguards.

10. In-App Data Processing
Data processed within the Moti Physio Med software — including body measurement data, motion analysis results, usage logs, device information, and cookies — is governed by separate terms and conditions presented within the application. This Privacy Policy does not cover such in-app data processing.


11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
