Provide your clients with dynamic analysis
as graphs and objective figures!
1. Overhead squat

- Recommended order: ① COG line → ② Change in center of gravity → ③ Change in angle between knees
① When squatting, the red COG line moves.
② The center of gravity shifts to the right when the graph of change in center of gravity moves down,
and to the left when it rises.
③ Ideally, the waves in the green (left leg) and pink (right leg) graphs should be the same.

- Recommended order: ① Overall Imbalance Index → ② Risk ranking → ③ Risk results
① This is the overall score. The closer to 0 point the better the squat.
② Please describe the most dangerous of each item.
③ A posture score closer to 0 is ideal.
Describe muscle tension and weakness due to imbalanced movements.
2. Single leg stance

- Recommended order: ① Balance maintenance time → ② Center of motion
① Generally, holding for about 1 minute can be regarded as 'good'.
Please explain to the client how good it is and how it has held up consistently.
② Based on the center of the chest, the path the body moves is expressed.
Please explain to the client where the balance is broken.
- Please explain to clients the unstable movements of the lower body
- Keep checking the knees to see if they are holding up
