1. Close Moti Physio
2. Unplug the Camera
Disconnect the camera's USB cable from your PC.
3. Reconnect to a Different Port (USB 3.0 Recommended)
- Plug the cable into a different USB port.
- Tip: Use a Blue port (USB 3.0) for the best stability.
4. Restart the Program
Open Moti Physio again to check the connection.
※ Using a Hub or Extension?
If you are using a USB hub or extension cable, please remove it and connect the camera directly to the PC's USB port.
💡 Why did this happen?
Connection instability or USB port recognition failures can occasionally prevent the camera from being detected. In most cases, switching to a different port resolves the issue immediately.
