Mat Scan not working on Windows 11?
This is usually caused by the Smart App Control security feature.
You can fix this in under a minute by following these steps.
Note: Windows 10 users can skip this guide.
Step 1. Camera Reconnect
Unplug your camera and plug it back into a USB 3.0 port (blue slot).
If the issue persists, please proceed to the next step.
Step 2. Disable Smart App Control
Close Moti Physio.
Search for "Smart App Control" in your Windows taskbar and open it.
(Make sure to include spaces when searching.)
Step 3. Switch to [Off]
Select the [Off] option.
When the system prompt appears, click [Yes].
Security FAQ
Permanent Setting: Once [Off], Smart App Control cannot be re-enabled without reinstalling Windows. This only disables specific app filtering and does not lower overall security.
Always Protected: Windows Defender and Firewall remain fully active to keep your system safe.
Step 4. Restart & Measure
Run Moti Physio again. Your camera and mat scan should now work perfectly.
